I must be OPEN, UP-FRONT & HONEST in ALL  communication with clients & team members.  I must be prepared to LISTEN & accept CRITISISM.  I will talk to the person who can make a difference.

It is MY responsibility to plan & foresee all aspects of my job.

PRESENTATION

My attitude will express that nothing is too hard, that I am always willing to help & be of assistance.  I will be part of the ANSWER not part of the PROBLEM.

I will be accountable for anything I take on or am given as part of my job.

I will set high standards for myself in all aspects of my work & customer satisfaction

I will keep moving forward both personally & as part of the team

I will treat staff, clients, tools, office equipment etc with utmost respect. I will be aware of my surroundings.  I will be aware of how I impact on other people.
