LIFE ENHANCING STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOP

When does Dis-Ease become disease? We all have, and experience a busier lifestyle with more demands on time, family and finances. Sedentary exercise patterns, poor diet and stress amongst other things means that the pressure keeps building as we heroically try to stem the tide.

During all these things our breath and breathing patterns respond to life’s situations accordingly. As we become more stressed we take increasingly shallower breaths (hyperventilation). This results in too much oxygen in the blood stream and oxygen toxicity occurs. Similarly if we become depressed we slow the breathing and allow too much carbon dioxide to build in the blood stream.  

Myself and my Yoga teacher Tri Ratna undertake these workshops. The course and content has evolved around advanced teachings of correct breathing patterns (The Complete Breath). Once this workshop has been completed the techniques can be used and adapted for the correction of stress and ultimately Dis-Ease within the body. Our aim is to:

• Identify & reduce the physiological symptoms of stress and lower your blood pressure 
• Alleviate anxiety and improve your concentration 
• Conserve your energy and feel invigorated
• Learn correct breathing patterns   

Biometric feedback is included measuring blood pressure, blood oxygen level and pulse

BASIC LEVEL - For people who would like to know more about developing their higher senses.  The basic level covers correct meditation and breathing, psychic protection, working with chakras, psychometry, inspired writing and other topics, culminating in a journey to meet and work with your spiritual guides.  The aim is to give you a comfortable basic introduction into the metaphysical realm and answer questions and allay any fears or pre -conceived ideas that you may have. The other aspect is to enable you try different aspects of a spiritual metaphysical experience. A portfolio with coursework materials is provided.

The Universe is a ‘macrocosm’ of creative energy & power, & humans have within them this totality of the cosmos.  In your individualised energy field, the ‘microcosm’ called ‘you’, are 22 causal Powers, or Angels, that reach into each individual & effect  personal lives.  Their existence has been known throughout spiritual brotherhoods, sisterhoods, & philosophical societies for thousands of years.  In Ancient Egypt, they were represented as Hieroglyphs of the Laws of all phenomena.  They were in one of the volumes saved from the burning library of Alexandria.  They are found in the tablet of Isis, as well as Esoteric Astrology. 

These beings are living Governors of Life, each controlling a Gate or Opening leading to the extraordinary world conditioning & determining all outward appearance.

 Working with these Angels can be a wonderful adventure in co-creation.  They are extensions of the God-Self, living forces, conscious energies in our causal bodies.  They are Divine thought forms operating under the Cosmic Law of Free Will, which means they are subject to the energy we are consciously or unconsciously radiating.  Through our own fears, guilt, anger, etc., we literally change their nature, so we divert their Divine intentions & restrict their expressions.

 Each Angel has a cosmic duty to emit the true nature of its Being – abundance, success, harmony, loving relationships, whatever its specific assignment.  If your ‘reality’ includes problems, restrictions, limitations, etc., you have been projecting negatively onto these Beings, only because your ego bought into a false belief or thought form.  So these Angels in turn, replay this negativity into your world & will continue to do this until you manifest a change of expression within your consciousness.

This workshop helps you to be in touch with each causal Power within us, and discover their truth. You will get to understand how to work with them so you can change your inner perception of yourself, therefore changing the world around you.

 It is a very intensive workshop over 2 days.  Notes will be given out.
